    Extremely rude and disrespectful and possibly greedy. Once I had an experience where they would certify copies and charge me 5 bucks for every page. I had about 10 pages and this rude lady said it would $50 for the whole thing.So I declined and went to another place who just charged me just $5 for the whole set. Avoid this place at any cost! They need to learn how to treat their customers with some respect and dignity.
